Bonus evaluation worksheet for UNI youth. We are unable to offer raises through our youth stipend funding source. As a result, we offer bonuses three times a year: fall, winter and spring. Youth can earn a bonus for excelling at their worksite, with College and Career Readiness initiatives and in UNI culture events and volunteer opportunities.
